Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, personable and outgoing professional to manage the Front Desk, its staff and performance. This is a very busy position with a high level of customer contact and requires strong leadership and organizational skills, flexibility, a positive attitude, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.Duties will include, but are not limited to, scheduling, hiring, making reservations, greeting and registering guests upon arrival, answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner, attending to guest requests, processing check-outs, manage extra-nets and working closely with other departments.Must be flexible to work a mix of both the morning shift from 7 am -3 pm and the afternoon shift from 3-11 pm on weekdays and weekends.Application Deadline: 2021-07-15Job Types: Full-time, PermanentCOVID-19 considerations:To keep our staff safe we have installed a clear plastic barrier at the reception desk.
