  • Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with the corporate policy code and enter invoices into a computerized Accounts Payable system.
  • Update the status of invoices from the Enrich costing system for payment.
  • Processing of cheques and EFT payments, reconciliation of vendor accounts, responding to vendor inquiries.
  • Maintenance of ISO policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and time management.
  • The ability to follow a daily, weekly, monthly schedule.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Successful candidate will work in the office in Gore Bay
