Fireworks FX is one of Canada’s leading fireworks companies bringing excitement and magic to cities, towns, communities, festivals and private events all across Canada and beyond.The Summer of 22 is likely to be the busiest on record and we are looking for energetic team members to help us make it a real success.We have several openings in our production department;“What will I be doing”Once a show has been designed or an order received it is sent to production to select the fireworks from the packing list, then packed and prepared for shipping. The equipment and supplies for the show are selected and also packed and prepared for shipping.When new inventory arrives it is checked and stored in the appropriate building.“What do I need to bring to the job”Enthusiasm and an “I can do” attitude, oh and a smile is a real help.Boxes of fireworks and the equipment can get heavy so no need to worry about going to the gym after work, you’ll get your workout with us and get paid as well.Knowing your way around a computer with basic programs such as email and a browser is a help.Our in-house training course will teach you all you ever wanted to know about fireworks and how to handle them with the utmost safety.Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $15.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Grand Pré, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
