This role involves working closely with program staff to develop compelling proposals that align with funders’ priorities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
  • Write and submit high-quality grant proposals and applications.
  • Develop budgets and supporting documentation for grant proposals.
  • Maintain a calendar of grants deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with funders and grant officers.
  • Track and report on the status of submitted grants.
  • Collaborate with program staff to gather information and develop proposal content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing and fundraising.
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to develop budgets and financial reports.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in grant management software and databases.
