Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator is responsible to organize, administer and control project activities, under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will support and collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent in overseeing and managing their assigned projects.

  • Implement all Chandos project management systems, including health and safety protocols.
  • Aid in tendering and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate project documentation and reporting.
  • Manage project administration and logistics, including equipment tracking and permit processes.
  • Support project team with labor, equipment, and material usage.
  • Oversee change orders and ensure client approval.
  • Maintain safety standards and conduct inspections.
  • Review construction plans for compliance.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and assemble project documentation.
  • Resolve design issues and reinforce safety culture.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration within teams.
