Job Description

This firm offers comprehensive legal services for clients dealing with separation and divorce, and they are seeking a passionate and dedicated lawyer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the legal process.
  • Support senior lawyers with complex matters while managing your own caseload of less complex files.
  • Represent clients in court and in alternative dispute resolution settings.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and external experts to prepare for court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Assist clients with the preparation of key legal documents, including financial statements.
  • Research legal issues and draft necessary documents, such as pleadings, applications, briefs, and factums.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure they are well-informed throughout their case.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their legal needs and provide initial guidance.

  • Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent).

  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to delegate tasks and provide clear direction.
