  • Support a multidisciplinary team on a daily basis and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Create the conditions for successful delivery
  • Eliminate obstacles for Squads and hold agile ceremonies (daily scrum, planning, demo, etc.)
  • Support product owners as well as collaborate with other Scrum Masters, PMs and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress with the Squad until post-implementation with the client.
  • Provide visibility into the squads capacity to the product manager and program manager.
  • Coach agile values and principles and facilitate the continuous improvement of the entire group.
  • Coach the teams to make deliveries that respect the desired quality and the definition of Done agreed with the product owner.
  • Sensitize teams to the costs of technical debt.
  • Train efficient and autonomous teams delivering end-to-end solutions while making the delivered business value visible.
  • Manage requests for changes internal to the program as well as from consumer projects.
  • Mobilize and coordinate Squads to deliver value quickly while ensuring that customers are always met in a dynamic environment.
  • Supports the Program Director and MPs in monitoring and coordination.
  • Set up and track metrics (sprint burndown, velocity, flow time, sunset graph, etc.) with Squads.

  • Experience of at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in a context of delivery of complex digital solutions
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Agile, SAFe) as a Scrum Master for agile projects in a context of complex ecosystems.
  • Understanding of the development cycle, technical challenges and complexities associated with software development.
  • Be recognized as an excellent communicator with the ability to address both technical and business teams.
  • Mastery of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket).
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices, automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hold a certification related to their area of expertise (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (French/English).
