Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, self-directed Sales Professional who understands “go to market” strategy and enhanced customer profiling using Data, Social Media, and advanced base selling. Someone who is digitally driven.As a member of our high performing team, you will be accountable for the growth of sales of a variety of products.The ideal candidate is committed to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and results achievement. You thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment where attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive are extremely important to achieving company sales goals.Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales through greater penetration with existing accounts and new account acquisition
  • Foster Key Customer Relationships and Realize Future Growth Potential
  • Plan the work and work the plan every day!
  • Actively participate in Sales Blitz and always want to be number one
  • Grow territory with topline and bottom line results
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related - preferred
  • Must have 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience
  • Ability to effectively plan weekly and daily activity directed towards targeted sales opportunities
  • Effectively develop knowledge and skill levels
  • Computer literate in a Windows operating environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow-through and follow-up
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Work effectively in situations that involve change and/or competing demands
  • Perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient handling of all confidential and time-sensitive material
  • Strong Results - Orientation and Sense of Urgency
  • High level of Personal Accountability
  • Ability to Identify and Prioritize Key Initiatives
