This second location has allowed Adventure365 to continue to provide recreational opportunities to the community by providing specialty rentals such a Fat Bikes, Cross Country Skis, and Snowshoes, as well as programming and events. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and has a passion for Ski, Bike and Run. They are an Outdoor Enthusiast who is passionate about sharing their experiences and knowledge with others to oversee our Kivi Park location. Perfect for a recent graduate, this position would allow someone the opportunity to develop specialized programming that encourages community health, wellness and active living through organized sports and recreational opportunities.Why SudburySudbury is a growing Community surrounded by Boreal Forest, Pristine Lakes and Fresh Air. Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous leadership and customer service experience
• Strong understanding of business and leadership principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
• Proven sales experience and demonstrated success
• Love People; working with them, helping them, building strong relationships with them
• A genuine team player, we are one team
