As one of the largest multi-location dealer groups in Ontario, we take great pride in the relationships we build with customers, the services we offer, and the products we sell.Location: 2100 The Kingsway, Sudbury (Sudbury Mitsubishi/Yamaha/401 Auto Financing/CampMart)Wage: Commission – Up to $150,000 earning potential per year!Hours: Monday to Thursday availability 9 am to 8 pm and Friday and Saturday availability 9 am to 5 pm.We are currently seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals that can develop an in-depth understanding of the various product lines, OEM requirements, sub-prime financing and everything in between. Suitable candidates must be comfortable creating relationships with customers from phone consultations, in-person meetings and closing. We are looking for eager, enthusiastic and trainable individuals who want to make a great living while changing the lives of our customers through the purchase of a vehicle.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
  • Work with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle based on their approval rate
  • Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning customer handling, closing the sale and delivery procedures
  • Prospect to increase sales volume
  • Monitor DealerTrack for leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Consult financial institutions to obtain funding options
  • Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
  • Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
  • Deliver vehicles safely and on time
  • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Valid G Drivers License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Above average computer skills and technically savvy
