We are looking for energetic, reliable, trustworthy, and passionate individuals to join our team and make our projects successful.Job DescriptionThe Breakfast Cook is responsible for the delivery of Breakfast Service and reports to night shift Sous-Chef. The Breakfast Cook follows the instructions of the Chef to ensure that breakfast is served in a timely manner and to quality standard.Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all breakfast items.
• Following the scope of work set forth by the Chef.
• Following the 6-week Breakfast menu set forth by the Chef.
• Assisting the Sandwich & Salad Cook in the preparation of Grab & Go items as required.
• Serving breakfast to guests.
• Baking cookies, pastries, and breads as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders or stairs.
• Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time.
• Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands.
• Work with arms above shoulder height.

Qualifications

• 4 – 6 years kitchen experience
• 1 – 3 years as a Breakfast Cook or Second Cook
• Remote camp experience is an asset
• Valid Advanced Food Safety certificate.
