We want to provide the people of Sudbury with an inclusive, safe, and truly authentic experience.Job descriptionResponsibilities

  • Provide the ultimate customer service experience and manage customer concerns
  • Provide education on cannabis brands/products
  • Make recommendations if needed
  • Inventory management
  • Closing and completing all end of day reports and procedures
  • Ensure store is clean and tidy and meets the most stringent sanitary requirements
  • Use our compliant POS system for all sales
  • Educate customers and help them choose the best products based on their needs
  • Follow all check lists and management instructions
  • Check IDs of customers who look under 25 years of age
  • Use company vehicle to deliver cannabis
  • Most Importantly: Have a dope attitude because selling WEED is a dream come true!
Experience and Background
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Previous retail, inventory management, sales, or customer service experience
  • Cannabis experience preferred
  • Cansell certified
  • Must provide recent background check
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Great work ethic
  • Passion for cannabis is an asset
  • Knowledge of/ability to learn about cannabis products
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • G Class licecce is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 10-44 per weekSalary: $16.50-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evenings
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
