Job Description

During the course of the work term you agree that you will be working from a remote / home office location in Canada in accordance with any applicable RBC policy. You confirm that you have the capability to work from a remote / home location in Canada.Are you 1 - 2 years away from graduation Are you interested in an opportunity to explore our Commercial Banking environment and possibly work your way into a full time role in Personal and Commercial Banking at graduationThis is a unique 4-8 months internship program with RBC to gain insight into Personal & Commercial Banking in the roles of Associate, Buisness Account Manager and Commercial Account Manager positions as potential career choices.Here’s how it works:

  • Start date – May 2, 2022 participate in a modified training module for Associate Account Manager
  • End date - August 26, 2022 or December 23, 2022
  • Graduation - opportunity to be offered a full time permanent role with RBC
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Genuine customer service skills
  • Above average computer literacy with strong information seeking skills
  • Superior organization skills, project, event management an asset
  • Inquisitive and quick to learn
  • Comfort in a target-driven environment, with a knack for spotting opportunities
  • Superior communication skills backed by emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivation, an eagerness to learn and succeed and comfort working in a team environment
  • Sales experience (ideal but not essential)
