We are seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, who will ensure our customers have an outstanding shopping experience. Cashiers assist with customer transactions, while Retail Sales Associates merchandise and assist customers on the retail floor.Responsibilities- Determining customer needs and recommending products for purchase- Working together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives- Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards- Ensuring customers are being provided with the best possible shopping experience- Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations- Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/managerQualifications- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an asset- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic- Team player with respect for co-workers and customers- Excellent verbal communication and listening skillsAdditional Information- This position reports to the Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager- This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends- This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store- Steel toe, green patch work boots are requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and while we thank everyone for their interest, only those to be interviewed will be contacted.
