About Us***$1,000 Signing Bonus****Were Royal Distributing, and we’ve been a leader in the Canadian powersports industry for the past 30 years. We provide our our customers with quality products and top service to keep them ridiing their snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and more. We’re embarking on the next phase of our growth and we want you to join us!The OpportunityWe are currently seeking Cashiers and Retail Sales Associates to help us at our busy retail location. We are in search of team members with strong customer-service skills that can ensure our customers have the best possible in-store experience. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has strong interpersonal skills, and has past experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.Responsibilities

  • Determining customer needs and recommending products for purchase
  • Working together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives
  • Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
  • Ensuring customers are being provided with the best possible shopping experience
  • Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Team player with respect for co-workers and customers
  • Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
  • Knowledge of the powersports industry is an asset
Additional Information
  • This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and Store Manager
  • This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends
  • This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store
  • Steel toe, green patch work boots are required
