Promote the delivery of optimal care to patients through day-to-day planning and management of human and material resources. Lead departmental planning related to performance improvements, quality risk management, and patient and staff safety, emergency preparedness. The Emergency Department is a dual clinical manager model providing resources for operational and continuous quality improvement.The ideal candidate must have successfully completed a minimum of four (4) years’ Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing (BScN) or in a related professional health care field, from an accredited university. Also, the candidate will have a Master’s Degree or actively pursuing a Master’s in Business or Health Administration is preferred. As well as have a current Certificate of Registration in good standing with an applicable regulatory college.
