The successful incumbent will provide leadership and direction through planning and organizing of the day-to-day operations of the General Surgery, Vascular, Thoracic, and Urology units. As well as promote the delivery of optimal care to patients through day-to-day planning and the management of human and material resources.The ideal candidate should have a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in a health-related field, and a current Certificate of Registration in good standing with an applicable regulatory college. A Master’s Degree in Business or in a health-related discipline is preferred.
