Throughout Canada, our name has become synonymous with quality home healthcare.Customer Care Associate (Full Time) - Sudbury, ONThis position is responsible for the coordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriates funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.The successful candidate will help support the Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties along with helping the team to achieve a targeted sales budget.The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.You will bring with you to this position:High School or equivalent diploma2 years of customer service experience with proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customersExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsComputer skillsCommitment to safety is a mustMust have a proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers as well as maintain knowledge of Homecare sales growth and development areasAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.Primary Location Ontario-SudburySchedule Full-timeJob Sales & MarketingUnposting Date Ongoing
