Job Description

OTR Wheel Engineering is rapidly expanding. OTR-Canada specializes in the manufacturing, distribution & recertification of wheels and rims for mining, earthmover, construction, and forestry, agricultural and industrial machinery. At the present time our company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Sudbury team as Inside Sales - Customer Service Representative.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: · Use of the Seradex software system an asset· Handle incoming inquiries· Provide internal support for quotes and information that may be required from business development representative

  • Assist with planning, organizing and directing the daily activities associated to customer portfolios.
  • Keep yourself and the customer abreast with the status of their orders
  • Committed to working safely
  • Keeps work area clean
  • Assure the 5S initiative is consistently carried out.
  • Basic understanding of SDS (material safety data sheets) for WHIMIS products
  • Know and understand the Safety Hazards associated with the position
  • Continuously look for improvements and provide suggestions
  • Have a positive attitude and treat others with respect
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Encourage and take part in a team work environment
  • Treat every customer request with the upmost professionalism
  • Facilitate all aspects of customer requests in a timely fashion, including: quotations, order entry, lead times, document search etc.
  • Resolve conflicts in a positive way
  • Some day to day office duties, if support required
  • Assist in training of new Customer Service Representatives
