Job Description

Part Time Position to lead to Full Time- Working within a Day Program with adults with developmental disabilities- Administer medication- Complete daily tasks and activities of living- Liaise with community partners and medical professionals- Manage behaviours as needed- Provide a safe and caring home environment- Accompany on outings- Daily documentation- Report to Site ManagerRequirements: - Criminal Record Check- First Aid and CPR- COVID19 Proof of Vaccination- Flexible Work Schedule**Minimum of 2year diploma DSW, SSW, Mental Health and Addictions Worker . **Experience an asset but willing to train.**Experience working with mental health and addictions an assetJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20-40 per weekSchedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:All stuff must wear a mask (will be provided if needed) during the length of their shifts. Hand sanitizer is provided at all locations. Declarations must be signed and followed by all staff. Occasional rapid testing when symptoms arise (provided).Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
