  • Managing dispatching duties for the Sudbury Terminal
  • Dealing with e-mails, incoming phone calls, and providing customer service
  • Run planning for drivers
  • Working with daily inbound/outbound shipments and planning service for each accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned by Terminal Manager.
Qualifications
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be customer-oriented/team player
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Must possess good time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills
