Job Description

The is a highly trustworthy position responsible for ensuring contractual requirements are met in the Scope of Work and customer’s expectations. Tasks associated with this position include acting as liaison between Clients and Regional office, receives work order requests and ensures that they are completed.This position also includes overseeing day to day operations of various sites. Duties include ordering of supplies while respecting budgets, providing timesheets to payroll dept., providing billing details to Accounts Receivable. Meets with clients on a regular basis, conducts regular quality assurance inspections, health and safety, disciplinary action and workplace incidents.Attends monthly health and safety meetings and conducts health and safety training with employees on a monthly basis.This position reports to the NE Ontario Manager in Sudbury, Ontario.Duties and responsibilities

  • Conducts electronic quality assurance inspections to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services.
  • Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.
  • Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.
  • Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems
  • Completes, approves time sheets and provides to payroll department.
  • Orders supplies according to allotted budget.
  • Ensures that extra services and supplies are billed back to clients in collaboration with accounts receivable department.
  • Hires and trains new employees.
  • Conducts monthly health and safety training.
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential
  • Various other duties as assigned.
  • Must pass required back ground checks.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
