Position: Epoxy Crew LeadEverLine Coatings and Services is an asphalt and concrete maintenance and specialty coating company based in Sudbury, Ontario. We want to hear from you!The Epoxy Crew Lead will be responsible for leading the production of concrete coating projects from start to finish, while delivering value to our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping daily communication with the Operations Manager, planning, and facilitating projects and jobs, safety and hazard management while on site, completing projects, and more.The Epoxy Crew Lead will also at times assist with various other projects EverLine undertakes (commercial painting, pavement maintenance, etc.) as well as shop, yard, and equipment maintenance on an as-needed basis.We offer a challenging, but fun atmosphere for our employees. A key difference with EverLine is that we dont want to be just another job - but rather an opportunity for you to develop your professional and personal skills that will assist you in future work of all kinds.Position Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar leadership position overseeing and completing similar construction, painting, or floor coating projects- G drivers license with a clean driving record (driving record check will be asked from successful candidates)- Mode of transportation to and from meeting point (shop)- Attention to detail- Organized- Punctual- Flexibility to travel out of town to complete jobs when needed- Flexibility to work evenings, at times nights, and weekends based on clients’ requests and their facility’s schedules- Ability to work in a physically demanding role (long hours, at times strenuous work, heavy lifting, etc.)- Proof of COVID vaccination (2 doses) – Documentation is required for EverLine to work in many facilities and job sitesThe ideal candidate will have: - Demonstrated strong leadership skills- Critical and creative thinking skills- Works cohesively in a team- Takes pride in their work- Experience operating small engines- Experience with paint sprayers- An attitude thats open to trying new approaches towards completing tasks- Great at problem solving- Experience working on construction sites- Experience working on mine sitesEmployment Terms: Exact terms are to be discussed with new team member.Pay structure is to be bi-weekly salary.Starting salary to range from $1,740.00 to $2,140.00 based on experience and initial skill set.Expectations: Exact expectations are to be discussed with new team member.April 1st to November 30th (busy season): Expected to work, as scheduled, up to 100 hours bi-weekly.December 1st to March 31st (slow season): Expected to work, as scheduled, up to 30 hours bi-weekly.Whether you’re an experienced industry vet or young and determined to learn, apply today!Anticipated start date: February 2022Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
