  • Permanent full time; 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)

We are looking for someone who seeks responsibility and is comfortable with a variety of demands; a resourceful person with solid Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. You bring professionalism and maturity to your job and you have a track record of managing confidential, executive-level information.What you will be doing
  • Create efficiency by providing administrative support to top management by drafting correspondence, minute-taking, RFP preparation, creating reports and spreadsheets, and other content as required;
  • You like things organized and are a good planner and can foresee, identify and solve problems;
  • Independently follow-up on action items, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain various files;
  • Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver tasks, ensuring timely updates and responses to all requests;
  • Assist in managing company social media accounts;
  • We like to celebrate with our employees too! You will organize and oversee company events and celebrations as requested.
  • You are eager to cross-train in other administrative tasks to strengthen the team.
What you bring along
  • Exceptional organizational skills, administrative skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor degree, relevant post-secondary education or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an executive or similar administrative position is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrate a customer service mindset.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills including dealing with situations of a confidential nature and knowing when to communicate information.
  • The position requires a confident, efficient, self-motivated individual with proven success working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
