Job Description

Are you a proactive leader with a knack for strategic problem-solving We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO who isn’t just a support role but plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission. This position involves working in a Hybrid model, where the successful candidates primary work location will be from home.That said, we are looking for an individual in the Sudbury or surrounding area since there is an in-person component required of this position.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO, managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of Board of Director governance
  • Take charge of key projects and initiatives, providing leadership and oversight to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues, offering innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and support our mission-driven goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and Board and various other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels.
  • Prepare and manage important reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail and a focus on impact.
  • Coordinate with senior management and departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership in Board of Director governance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for our mission.
  • Proficiency in office software and technology tools.
