Our team is curious, empathetic, and always ready to learn new skills and maintain or make new connections with their customers.As a remote Support Specialist, with us, youre an integral member of our team as one of our first lines of support. Youll work directly with customers to solve their issues, answer questions, and answer assistance-requests via over the phone, email, or chat. We offer a variety of smart home products, which means service and requests can become fairly technical at times.We acknowledge this, which is why we offer you all of the training, tools, and knowledge on these various areas of expertise so that youre enabled and supported to provide support to your customers!We are committed to supporting our customers remotely and we focus on providing them with the help they need. We are open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:00am EST, and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00am-9:00pm EST, including weekends and holidays. We provide a work-life balance for our employees and make sure that schedules are released three weeks in advance; and down the line, we offer the flexibility to choose your own schedule to high-performing individuals.Our next start date is:

  • August 8th, 2022
Our Interview Process:
  • A 30-minute phone/video call with a member in Talent Acquisition
  • A 1-hour final virtual interview and presentation. You will be asked to prepare a 10–15-minute live demo on a topic of your choosing, followed by a Q&A. Expect situational and behavioral questions!
