We are working hard to transform the camp experience and create a warm, welcoming environment. The camp is expected to grow to over 1200 beds during peak construction. We are looking for energetic, reliable, trustworthy, and passionate individuals to join our team and make our project successful.Job Description

  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times
  • Greet and engage with guests on a daily basis, soliciting feedback through conversation
  • Anticipating guest needs to create a stress free environment
  • Coordinating all front of house catering staff during meal service hours keeping the dining room spotless
  • Performing QA audits in culinary, housekeeping, and janitorial departments
  • Works with site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans
  • Administering and managing customer surveys, tracking key performance indicators
  • Ensuring consistency in food delivery service and standards between two remote camps
  • Create labels, signage, and marketing in line with company standards and site specifications using Canva
  • Training new front of house catering employees on the standards and expectations for successful service
QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • College or University education in Hospitality Management considered an asset
  • High strength computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
  • Food Safe, WHIMIS, and First Aid Trained
  • Minimum 3-years experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience working in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs
  • Lift, bend, kneel or squat regularly
