ROCK SOLID PROPERTY MANANAGEMENT IS LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME LEASING AGENT. We are currently looking to add a full-time Leasing Agent to our property management team.Great opportunity for a sale driven individual that is self-motivated who is looking to be part of a company that offers opportunities for growth.PERKS: - Great Company Culture- Some Flexibility in the schedule- Some work that can be done from Home- Hourly Wage + Commission Pay structure.The better you are at your job = the more you get paid! MUST HAVE: - Own Transportation + Valid Drivers license- Smartphone- Computer skills- Self-Discipline + Good time management skills- A great attitude and personable character - Market available units (Facebook marketplace, Kijiji, Website etc.)- Show available rental units to potential tenants- Walk rental applicants through the application process- Process application within 24-48 hours- Complete the Reference Checklist- Propose the potential tenants to the landlord- If approved, secure the unit with last months rent deposit- Coordinate move in (first months rent payment, signing the Lease, move in condition inspection, utility changeover etc.)- Onboard tenants to our property management software- Filing all appropriate paperwork in our property management software.Things to note: - Work is mostly Monday- Friday 9-5pm with the occasional evening/ weekend showing.- Pay structure is hourly + a tiered commission structure that will increase with number of units rented per month. Compensation structure will vary on experience level.- Our Full time Leasing Agent rents out between 8-12 units per month. If you are sales driven the potential to make good commissions is there.- Position is offered as a permanent position with a 6-month probational period that is subject to performance reviews.This is a good entry level opportunity for someone that is looking to work for a real estate driven company that is quickly growing and expanding to various cities.
