Job Description

Overview:Fountain Tire Sudbury (Commercial), an established local business, is looking for responsible, safe and dedicated associates to join our team as a General Labourer.Pay: $16-$20/hourBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision and, RSP MatchingWhat is in it for you

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck tires and wheels
  • Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
  • Reset and Repair tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
  • Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
  • Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
  • Pride in the work youve done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!
Working conditions:
  • A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
  • Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 50KG is required
  • This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
  • This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling
Qualifications:
  • Someone with previous experience would be great, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a good attitude
  • A valid G2 drivers license is required at a minimum, those with G1 licenses will not be considered. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory drivers abstract
  • Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
  • A team player who takes pride in their work
