The regular shift for this position is 14 days on and 14 days off, with 10-hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point in Sudbury or Timmins.The Guest Services Agent goes beyond checking in and out. You are responsible for acting as an ambassador by providing outstanding customer service to clients and assisting the Camp Manager and General Manager with all levels of administrative duties.Your work will include:Welcoming and providing introductory information to clientsServe as the first point of contact for any inquiries related to site and client matters; either through e-mail or phoneAllocating guests rooms and issuing room keys and cardsManaging the check-in, check-out process for clientsEnsuring accurate database entry for room bookings and payments, as well as multiple data entryProviding information about the camp, its rules and policies as well as soliciting client feedbackAssisting in the review of various paperwork such as safety documents, time sheets, and site related maintenanceAssisting in the completion of reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS WordWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUEnjoy excellent work-life balance with a 14 days on 14 days off rotation.Extended health and dental benefits that are fully covered.Whereas other companies are downsizing, we are growing!Be #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leader.Follow Dexterra Group on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FORCompletion of post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business AdministrationMinimum of 1 year hotel guest service agent and/or administrative experience is requiredMinimum of 1 year accounting experience that includes, but is not limited to; LEMS, receiving reports, work orders, payroll data entryIntermediate proficiency with MS Office suite and any Property Management software - knowledge of Logistiks software is considered an assetSuccessful candidate MUST obtain a 80% make or higher on the mandatory WHMIS test (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)Additional InformationDexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
