Job Description

AGF – Rebar Inc., part of the AGF Group, is a leading provider of reinforcing steel products to general contractors and developers, for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, highway bridges and other structures. AGF-Rebar Inc. is presently seeking Machine Operators for our Sudbury location.Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers;
  • Operate machines, cutting and bending rebar;
  • Clean work areas and equipment;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Act in compliance with AGF-Rebar Inc.’s Health & Safety policies in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience in construction or heavy industrial environments;
  • Ability to utilize independent judgement in the daily performance of job duties;
  • Reliable;
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
