Do you want to be a part of that too To learn more about why some choices matter please check out this short video: https://youtu.be/4htPMfsKjRYThe OpportunityOur Member Service Representatives (MSR) are leaders in the community who support our members’ banking and financial planning needs within the City of Greater Sudbury. As an MSR you will be responsible for the financial health of our members by recommending the products and services that they need to succeed. You will take pride in referring members to our team of financial experts so they can reach their goals at every stage of life.What will you do

  • Conduct financial transactions for members on our frontline
  • Proactively develop strong relationships with our members by understanding where they are in their financial life cycle
  • Educate members on the products and services that are best suited to their current financial situation
  • Refer more complex financial needs to our lending experts
  • You will share in Sudbury Credit Unions commitment to its employees, members and community by building and maintaining strong relationships through various engagement strategies
What will you need to succeedThe successful candidate will require a post secondary diploma from an accredited College or University or a minimum of 2 years of cash handling, retail and/or customer service experience. You will need a positive attitude, an appetite for continuous learning and a desire to help others maintain and reach their financial goals.Whats in it for you
