No self-sourcing, no cold calling, you are a solutions provider for inquiring clients.MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES: Assume responsibility to answer all incoming telephone calls with the object of securing the residential sale and scheduling of service.Ensure Route Managers data entry work is completed; Enters daily reports, new contracts, one times, Electronic Site Management (ESM), product sales forms and service requisitionsPrepare bank deposit for cheques received, process credit card payments and allocate fundsOrders office suppliesAssumes responsibility for functions of chain accounts (reporting, scoring, and knowledge of procedures)Resolve account issuesManages customer files; Ensures filing is currentEnsure follow up calls are complete to guarantee customer satisfactionAssist with month end dutiesCoordinate Route Manager schedulesContact customers or send reminders to schedule their next service appointmentOffers support to Branch staff as directed by his/her ManagerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAdditional pay:
