Job Description

Desmarais Keenan LLP is looking for a Runner to join our growing team.Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Bank runs and attend various financial institutions to process required transactions;
  • Support Legal Assistants with document runs to Court Houses, etc.
  • Cover Reception
  • Data Entry
  • Perform clerical duties as needed
  • Provide support to all departments as required
The successful candidate ideally has the following qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide customer service to our internal practice groups;
  • Ability to maintain and comply with confidentiality requirements;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and written;
  • Organization, time management, and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently;
  • Experience in legal environment or professional services considered an asset.
Part-time hours: 25 per weekJob Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: From $17.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Day shift
