Job Description

The LacelleGroup operating under Mallette-Goring Inc., Brokerage is an investor-focused group of real estate agents, working with investment sales such as multi-residential and commercial properties. We help investors grow their wealth through the power of real estate investing.The LacelleGroup is looking for someone motivated, eager to learn, and grow within their team.Responsibilities: The agent would be responsible for:

  • Residential leasing
  • Representing buyers for multi-residential purchases
  • Showing spaces to tenants (residential and commercial)
  • Listing residential and commercial properties
  • Ensuring a smooth transition of the property management company (when applicable)
  • Other more Investor Focused related tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Pulling out comparables
  • Running property analyzers
  • Assessing market rental values of the units
We will provide the following: - all leads and a book of customers- mentorship program- work tools such as office space, business cards, lawn signs etc.Compensation: - 50% of all sales and leasing commissionsWe appreciate everyone applying for the position but only licensed real estate agents or students who will soon become licensed will be considered.Job Types: Full-time, CommissionSalary: $60,024.00-$155,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
  • Commission pay
Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
