Our Sudbury office is looking for four Site Representatives to join their team for a contract position. Duties: • Assist in the preparation of contract documents and drawings. • Communicate with Project Site Inspectors and Construction Supervisors.

  • Set up and facilitate project meetings. • Prepare meeting notes and project memorandums. • Review and process contract extra work claims. • Prepare and process monthly progress estimates.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and the public as required. • Undertake site inspection duties are required. • Adhere to all site safety requirements and regulations. Qualifications: • Civil Tech diploma OR an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Superior English communication skills both oral and written. • One to three years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working with Water Mains, Roads and/or Infrastructure would be considered an asset. • Must have a valid class G driver’s license.
  • Must possess own vehicle for transportation between office and assigned worksite. • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
