Job Description

DescriptionCaron Equipment Inc. is looking for several skilled laborers with a range of experience for our mine construction operations near Gogama, Ontario. This is a camp environment where meals and accommodations are provided. Rotations are 7 days in 7 days out (Subject to change based on business needs) and transportation is provided by motor coach from either Timmins or Sudbury.Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all required training
  • A detailed understanding of mining and /or industrial and /or civil construction methods
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts
  • Ability to work extended hours
Other related duties as required but not limited to:
  • Various Laborer duties
  • Related experience within the mining, construction or industrial sector would be an asset
  • Valid Driver’s license, A safe driving record is required for this position
  • Adhere to all safety, health and environment policies and procedures
  • Work as a supportive team member
  • Take part in all required training
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to build good, respectful working relationships
  • Levels of experience required – 3+ Years
