As a Terminal Manager, you would be expected to be involved in the day to day operation of the terminal to meet and exceed customers demands. The Terminal Manager is directly involved with P&D, dispatch, dock, admin, recruiting, hiring, planning, policy, management and communication with direct and indirect customers.
