They schedule the use of the facility, and performs routine maintenance and safety inspections of equipment and of the lanes, as required. The Bowling Alley Supervisor takes food and beverage orders, prepares and serves alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons, collects payment for beverages and record sales. They also plan, organize, staff and direct all bar activities and events according to established policies and regulations, and trains and supervises employeesQUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and LicensesA demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience.ANDMust be of legal age to serve alcohol in (Nova Scotia)Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (Nova Scotia)Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD) and Quest 2 Certification, an assetCurrent CPR and Standard First Aid certificationExperience
