GPEL is currently accepting resumes for an experienced General Manager to oversee the operation of our company.We are building on a period of growth that has seen the company double in employees and revenue and we are looking for a charismatic General Manager to carry this momentum forward for sustainable, long-term growth and success.This would include quality management of the day-to-day functions of the heavy civil, residential and quarry divisions of the company, and, to guide staff through the 5-year strategic plan completed for the company in 2020.The Construction Superintendent, Quarry, Equipment & Maintenance managers and office staff report directly to you.The General Manager reports to the Owner, and is responsible to guide staff to meet project milestones and to compile monthly key indicator reports for the Owner.We are located in Greenwood in the Annapolis Valley, an agricultural region of Nova Scotia, Canada.
