We are western Canada’s leading expert in farm and municipal drainage, drainage equipment, surveying, and consulting. We are the creatures of Ditch Assist, an automated grade control system for ditching, land leveling, and 3D mapping. Ditch Assist is sold and shipped worldwide. We are an established but growing company looking for someone to grow with us.Job position description:We’re looking for a full-time, highly motivated person who enjoys working with customers, dealers and suppliers. The ideal candidate is personable, has a valid driver’s license, and can work alone or with others. The ideal applicant will be a professional in agriculture and understand the ag industry. We offer a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow within our company. This is a multifaceted position.In your position, you will:

• Know all functions and troubleshooting of products NPDS sells
• Work alongside the sales team
• Enter orders and oversee some aspects of sales
• Work with vendors
• Oversee inventory in our warehouse
• Pack orders for distribution
• Offer technical support to dealers and customers
• Complete product testing

Other functions when needed:

• Attend and work trade shows which includes interacting with customers
• Shipping & Receiving
• Content creation for social media platforms (no experience needed)
• Travel for work events
• Work alongside management

Bonus Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• Forklift Ticket
• Class 1 or 3 license
• Farm background
• Ag Degree or Diploma
• Business Degree or Diploma
• Sales & Service background
