JOB TITLE: Branch HelperBRANCH: Grimshaw, ABREPORTING TO: Branch Sales ManagerJob Duties and Responsibilities Include:Safely Load and unload equipment for customers and branchSupport shipping receiving for loading and unloadingMaintain yard, equipment and all inventory, including prepare equipment for delivery, detailing, washing, greasing, equipment inspections and monitoringResponsible for Yard Inventory (inventory counts)Lock and unlock gatesEnsure all appropriate documentation is completed and pictures taken when loading and unloading equipmentBooking and organizing trucking for equipmentMove equipment and attachments between storage yard and branch locationSupporting sales staff in delivery of light equipmentMain customer contact in yardInspect and report concerns/issues relating to yard/facility maintenance and general upkeep, and handle as directedManage the logistics of equipment and attachments for service departmentGeneral branch support from all departmentsEnsure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment is maintained at the highest levelCommunicate with other departments, staff groups and customersEmployee must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employeesJob Requirements and Qualifications Include:Knowledge of aspects of agriculture whole goods, industrial equipment, and materials handling.Forklift trainingOperate all equipmentSafely loading and unloadingCustodianStrong communication skillsComputer/email/phoneWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates selected for an interview will be notified.Category: SalesQuick Apply
