Start Date: March 17, 2025Shift: 4pm to 8pm, Monday to FridayQualifications:

• Ability to deal tactfully and cooperatively with public, students, staff
• Proficient in the use of all hand tools and equipment
• Good mechanical ability with strong capabilities in the area of troubleshooting
• Good physical condition
• Previous cleaning and floor care experience in a public facility
• Self-directed, able to complete assigned tasks without supervision

Duties (may include but are not limited to):

• Daily cleaning and disinfecting when students are in attendance
• Special cleaning during school breaks
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Operating mechanical equipment such as snow blower, lawn mower, power scrubber etc.
• Yard work, including snow removal and lawn mowing
• Extensive lifting may be required up to and including 20kg.
