POSITION: Finance ManagerJOB TYPE: Full TimeWAGE: $35.00-$40.00/HourLOCATION: Guy, ABJOB SUMMARY: The Agency has partnered with Wolfe Honey in the recruitment of a full-time Finance Manager. Over the past 25 years, Gilbert and his family have transformed their humble honey operation into Canada #39;s largest organic apiary. What started as a small family granary has grown into a 40,000-square-foot production and distribution powerhouse, with thousands of hives and 22 full-time employees. Through it all, the Wolfe family have remained committed to creating the highest quality organic honey, sourced entirely from the beautiful Peace River region.We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join the Wolfe Honey team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and compliance functions. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders
• Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards; conduct regular audits
• Manage and mentor finance team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and management to ensure liquidity

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in financial software (eg: QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, SAP, Excel)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
