This substantial growth positions us favorably to continue our upward trajectory and further expand our operations.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting HR operations across Canada, ensuring smooth documentation processes, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about HR, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality, we want to hear from you!RequirementsWhat you’ll be doing:HR Administrationamp; Documentation:

  • Maintain and organize employee records, HR documents, and compliance reports.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in handling personnel files and HR databases.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is current and properly stored.
Onboardingamp; Employee Support:
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Conduct HR orientations and assist employees with system access and benefits enrollment.
  • Support employees with benefits-related inquiries, changes, and enrollments.
HR Systemsamp; Payroll Support:
  • Work with HRIS and payroll systems to process employee updates and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure proper tracking of employee data and assist with payroll-related documentation.
