Job Description

Accounting Manager located in Lower Sackville, NSIn business for over 100 years, Lahey Glass has prided itself on providing customers with excellent service and employees with a great team environment. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, we are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Full cycle accounting including accounts payable and receivables
  • Assistance with Cash Flow management
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Assistance with Month end financial statements
  • Preparation of bi-weekly payroll
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Bank/credit card reconciliations
Job Type:Full-time Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000 per year. Negotiable depending on experience.Benefits:

Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in accounting or revelant experience.
  • Experience in Sage50 and Microsoft Office suite. (or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge of Payworks (or similar payroll systems)
Experience:
  • Accounting: 5+ years (required)
