They are responsible for effective and efficient coordination, development, implementation, and evaluation for program delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for the facilitation of employing hands-on support, processing risk management associated with the delivery of Adapted Swim Lessons to a variety of participants.The Adapted Aquatic Coordinator in collaboration with the Aquatics & Leisure Specialist and the Inclusion & Accessibility Specialist provides leadership and training for casual aquatic staff. Leadership and training processes include educating and employing various supporting strategies and techniques for best practices, assisting staff in understanding and promoting during lessons of the risk associated with aquatics programming.QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:
