Reporting directly to Senior Executives. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business service company that has been recognized by local business community across Canada.As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include: · This administrator provides professional administrative support to leadership team in a fast paced, demanding environment.· He/she maintains a positive relationship with internal staff and external customers· managing inquiries and requests, communicate to related personnel· Conduct researches on various topic and marketing subjects· Planning and executing internal and external events and meetings· Write our blog-post and share on social media; draft and post our marketing post on our social media platform· Handling all administrative tasks· Other duties that may be assigned.The requirements and skills for this position include: · Post-secondary education, strong Microsoft Office and Computer skills· Previous experience in a professional office environment, preference will be given to those with marketing or event organizing experience· Ability to speak both English and Chinese is a significant asset· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail· Taking initiative at work place, active thinker, not an order taker· Ability to prioritizing and handle a high volume of work· Good Communication Skills, be able to think independently and make sensible judgmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.50-$21.50 per hourBenefits:
