Position:EfficiencyOne is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Customer Experience & Partnership (CEP) who is primarily responsible for providing high-level comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Experience & Partnership team as well as carry-out other day-to-day administrative tasks as requested by the individual managers, marketing, and committee leads, or working groups as assigned.A snapshot of what you will be involved with:
  • Coordinates all Customer Experience & Partnership (CEP) administrative functions, including assignment of tasks and coordination of administrative support.
  • Responsible to monitor, report, and ordering inventory items to support the Customer Experience & Partnership (CEP) Team
  • Responsible to manage the logistics for meetings, webinars, teleconferences, and other events, including scheduling, catering, and material distribution.
  • Responsible for preparing, tracking and managing invoices
  • Responsible to maintain all administrative processes and documentation on Customer Experience & Partnership (CEP) SharePoint sites and maintaining data in customer information and customer relationship management systems
  • Responsible to maintain the shared calendars for all Customer Experience & Partnership (CEP) events and Efficiency Preferred Partner (EPP)
  • Responsible to monitor, triage, and action inquiries to the Customer Experience & Partnership (CEP) Shared Mailboxes
  • Assists in reviewing and editing materials for internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Responsible to process Efficiency Preferred Partner (EPP) applications and handling/updating member documentation and approved status listings
  • Coordinate shipments of partner welcome packages and requests for materials and other mailouts, as required.
  • Perform other duties as required from time to time
What Will Help You Succeed:
  • A Post-secondary degree or diploma in administration, business, communications, public relations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow
  • 3 years’ senior support experience
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with a high degree of detail and accuracy
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value and drive the business
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and have
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team
  • Experience with and proficiency with all MS Office applications (including Teams)
