Job Description

Fri, December 23, 2022SummaryThe Administrative Assistant position is a key contributor to the ongoing administrative and employee experience at SSPI reporting to the Associate Director of Quality & Administration. Administrative Assistant will contribute through supporting company operations by performing day-to-day administrative duties and assisting with marketing activities.Job Responsibility

  • Record, schedule, and process accounts payable
  • Maintain filing records (invoices, receipts, statements, registries & other)
  • Provide administrative/clerical support to management
  • Arrange internal and external meetings (site visits, candidate interviews, etc.)
  • Assist in daily operations by answering phone, scheduling, tracking, relaying memo’s, coordinating on-site visitors, maintaining office supplies, and responding to administrative emails in a timely fashion
  • Add/modify users in DOVICO employee time recording software
  • Play an active role in company’s social committee
  • Assist with marketing materials design, preparation, purchase, and logistics
  • Practice and maintain confidentiality to the highest standards
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Education & ExperienceA minimum two years of study in the field of administration, business, or other at a college or university level or equivalent experience in an administrative role. The title could change with previous experience.Skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft office software is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar and punctuation are a must
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
